hungry?? Butter Chicken in hurry..!!

One of the most popular Indian non-vegetarian dish is Butter Chicken.

Its very simple and most importantly it can be done in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

• 3lbs. chicken drumsticks/thighs/sliced breast pieces
• 1 tsp. oil
• 1 tsp. garlic and garlic paste
• 3 tsp. chili powder
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup/4 oz tomato puree
• 4 oz. butter
• 6 cardamons
• 5 cloves
• 2 sticks cinnamon
• 3 tsp. salt or to taste  

Method:

Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Then, fry the ginger, garlic, cardamons, cinnamon and cloves on medium low heat for a minute, and the chicken with the yogurt or buttermilk,tomato puree, sour cream, chilli powder and salt. Cook on medium low heat, stirring occasionally, for half an hour, keeping the saucepan covered with a lid. add butter before serving. it can be best served with naan or chapati.try it you'll love it.!!

The show is about the greatest pastries and cakes.Buddy Valastro, baker is one of the most successful and renowned cake artists in the United States. Master baker of Carlo's City Hall Bake Shop in Hoboken, New Jersey, Buddy is the Cake Boss. they are known for making extravagant , huge, out there, totally awesome cakes.

He supervises a team that includes his mother, four older sisters and plenty of cousins, second cousins and brother in law. when you are working with family on a daily basis, there are bound to be and a lot of dramas which makes the program more interesting. It is just like other TV series where we eagerly follow all the episode. The Valostro know drama, but at the end of the day, they also know love. I am impressed with his creative art work in baking cakes.. His passion that he shows in his work is really unbeatable. I have never seen him rejecting his entire costumer's cake design request. Whatever design, he is  always ready to give the best and satisfied them. If in any ways I gets a chance to visit his bakery I will definitely meet and appreciate him for his great job and giving us the amazing TV show.
